 1. Representativity at local, national and international level in all the structures that UGIR-1903 is member, for:
- The framework for imposing the favourable provisions for the employers regarding the work legislation and work collective contracts in the negotiations with the unions and the governmental representatives.
- The smooth functioning of the recruitment personnel system.
- Expression of common positions and interests that can improve business environment.
- Improvement of the regulations that affect business at branch or regional level.
2. Participating debate, dialogue and information environment for the general and specific interest matters for the employers.
3. Support for the organization and strengthening of employers' organizations and federations as UGIR-1903 members.
4. The environment for the constitution of business networks and partnerships and assuring the communication logistic and permanent information.
