Our vision
A strong employers' organization, representing the real force of the economy of modern Romania, promoter of an economy based on free competition, creativity and social partnership, exponent of the Romanian industry and domestic capital interests in the context of European integration and economic globalization.
Mission
TO TAKE responsibilities with professionalism regarding:
- Participation at the elaboration and implementation of a development strategy for the economy and industry and for the improvement of the Romanian competitivity.
- Defending the legal stability and coherence, improvement of the business environment within Romania, imposing a stable fiscal mechanism, oriented to investment, technological development and creation of employment.
- The active participation at the Romania's integration process in the European Union and the application of the communitarian acquis.
- The establishment of work relations that stimulate creativity and professional competence.
