Major action directions
1. Involvement and active participation to the social dialogue
- Intensification of the participation at the activities of the social dialog two and three parties structures;
- Increasing the participation at the negotiations of the collective work contracts at national and branch level;
- Development of the representation capacity within the social dialog structures at national, central, and regional;
- Participation at the activities of all Social Committees to which UGIR-1903 is part of;
2. Intensifying the preparations for the complete absorption of the Structural Instruments
- Initiation of new information actions for the UGIR-1903 members regarding the financing opportunities from the European Funds;
- Assuring the participation of UGIR-1903 in the Operational Programmes monitoring committees;
- Development of collaboration protocols with the Regional Development Authorities;
- Assuring preliminary assistance to UGIR-1903 members interested in elaboration of projects financed by Structural Funds;
3. Development of the international relations
- Open new UGIR-1903 branches in the interest areas and intensifying the activities of the existing ones;
- Signing new collaboration protocols and up-dating of the existing ones with foreign employers' organizations;
- Assuring the participation to fairs, expositions and economic missions in Romania and abroad;
- Participation to the activities of the international organisms to which UGIR-1903 and its members are affiliated;
4. Strengthening and structural development of UGIR-1903 as representative employers' confederation at national level
- Supporting the constitution of strong employers' federations on activity branches with UGIR-1903;
- Strengthening of the activity of the regional branches and regional organizations of the UGIR-1903;
- Intensifying the activities of the specialty commissions within the UGIR-1903;
- Amplification of the collaboration with the employers' organization CONPIROM at central, branch federations and regional level;
- Organization of periodical information, analysis and debate events for the UGIR-1903 members;
- Assuring the participation of the members at training specialization programmes and courses.
